Our SMART ICU links our Care Centre with ICUs across locations, offering 24/7 personalized care by skilled nurses and a team of intensivists. Through predictive analysis, we anticipate patient outcomes, enabling early detection of health issues by bedside monitoring and sensor devices. With a centralized Hub Spoke Network, our company operates a command centre (Hub), where real-time patient information from hospitals (spokes) is tracked and captured securely via API gateways. Our Information Systems facilitate continuity of care and data-driven decision-making by utilizing electronic health records, digital diagnostics and virtual dashboards by enabling prompt intervention when necessary.
